Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Cozy by Dani, we take pride in creating handcrafted wax melts for our customers. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to have a positive shopping experience.

1. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handcrafted wax melts, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products once they have been delivered, except in cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the affected product and its packaging.

This information will help us review your concern and determine the appropriate resolution.

3. Refunds and Replacements

Requests involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Depending on the circumstances, Cozy by Dani may offer a refund or replacement. We will communicate the outcome directly to the customer.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

4. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact Cozy by Dani as soon as possible.

  • Before shipment: Cancellation requests may be approved if your order has not yet shipped or entered fulfillment.
  • After shipment: Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
  • Approved cancellations: If your cancellation is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee approval if your order is already being processed.
